This Lead Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is between SalesQuest, a Utah business (“SalesQuest”) and any participating partner company (“Partner”). By submitting leads or contacts to SalesQuest, Partner agrees to the terms below.
SalesQuest provides lead generation and prospect development services through its student sales training program.
Partner agrees to pay $100 per Qualified Opportunity sourced by SalesQuest.
A Qualified Opportunity is any live sales interaction (intro call, discovery call, demo, referral handoff, or sales conversation) scheduled by SalesQuest through outreach activity where the prospect confirms engagement or interest. Qualification is based on SalesQuest sourcing activity, not on whether the Partner eventually closes the deal.
Payment is due once leads are submitted. No activity will be done without a payment for the number of leads. Invoices are issued monthly for commissions and due Net 10 days. No refunds once services or contacts are delivered.
Partner must follow up with sourced opportunities within 48 hours. If a Partner becomes inactive or unresponsive for 14 days, SalesQuest may pause services and reassign leads. SalesQuest retains commission rights on any sales activity originating from its efforts.
Partner agrees not to bypass SalesQuest by working directly with any SalesQuest student, contractor, or internal lead sources. All business generated from SalesQuest activity must be processed through SalesQuest.
If Partner hires or contracts with any SalesQuest student within 12 months of interaction, Partner agrees to pay a placement fee of 10% of first-year compensation or $5,000 (whichever is greater).
Partner agrees not to share SalesQuest methods, scripts, training materials, or program details outside the partnership.
SalesQuest is not an employee of Partner and does not act as Partner’s legal representative.
SalesQuest provides lead generation only and is not responsible for Partner sales outcomes, product fulfillment, compliance, or legal risk from Partner communications.
Custom pricing or commission structures may be approved by SalesQuest leadership in writing only. Otherwise, this Agreement applies.
SalesQuest retains rights to commissions from any SalesQuest sourced pipeline created.
By submitting contacts or leads to SalesQuest, Partner agrees to all terms above.
